KKU welcomes Cuban Ambassador exchanging opinions about medicine and humanities

    On October 11, 2019 at Sirikunakorn Building, Khon Kaen University, KKU administrators – Assoc. Prof. Charnchai Panthongviriyakul (M.D.), Adviser to Acting President; Asst. Prof. Dr. Denpong Soodphakdee, Vice President for Digital University Development; Asst. Prof. Dr. Pattapong Kessomboon (M.D.), President of Unit of Family Medicine, Community Medicine Department, Faculty of Medicine; and Miss Netdao Chamroendararasmee, Director of International Affairs Division – gave Cuban Ambassador to Thailand a welcome. H.E. Mr. Hector Conde Almetda, Cuban Ambassador to Thailand, together with his entourage visited Khon Kaen University to develop academic collaboration. 

    On this occasion, Cuban Ambassador to Thailand kindly gave a special talk at Faculty of Medicine as well as Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. After the talk, different ideas were exchanged freely on the topics of medical services and hospital, the study of humanities and social context, and digital university.
