Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation; Royal Thailand Science Association; Khon Kaen University; and Faculty of Sciences scheduled the “National Science Week 2019” on August 18-20, 2019 at Faculty of Sciences, Khon Kaen University under the main theme, “Inspiration of Ideas, Life Development by Sciences, National Enhancement through Technologies, and Entering Innovation Age” and the sub-theme of “August – the Scientific Learning Month”.
Activities in the “National Science Week 2019” on August 18-20, 2019 include:
– Presentation of “Phum” tray to pay respect at King Rama 4 Monument on August 18, 2019
– Glorification Exhibition towards King Rama IV, Father of Thailand Sciences
– Glorification Exhibition towards King Rama IX
– Glorification Exhibition towards His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn Bodindaradhebayavarangkun
– Special lectures on scientific topics
– Exhibitions according to the major topics and sub-topics
– Academic and technological exhibitions of different scientific fields offered at KKU
– Exhibitions of governmental and private organizations
– Scientific project contests
– Problem solution contests in mathematics and sciences
– Science Show Contests at primary and secondary school levels
– Scientific drawing contest
– Scientific question-answer contest
