Empowering Higher Education Leaders: KKU Hosts Advanced Training on Administrative Law and Modern Management

In a significant move to strengthen higher education governance, Khon Kaen University’s Academic Service Office orchestrated an intensive four-day training program from December 16-19, 2024, at SD Avenue Hotel, Bangkok, that brought together top administrators from Thailand’s most prestigious universities. The “Administrative Law for Higher Education Administrators” workshop, held at the elegant SD Avenue Hotel in Bangkok, marked a pivotal moment in educational leadership development.


In a notable highlight of the training program, Prof. Dr. Supachai Pathumnakul, the newly appointed Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, delivered a compelling keynote address on “Policies for Managing Higher Education Institutions.” His presentation offered valuable insights into the future direction of Thailand’s higher education landscape.


The significance of the occasion was marked by a graceful ceremony where Asst. Prof. Pongthorn Suwannathada, Deputy Director of Academic Services, extended warm congratulations to Prof. Dr. Supachai on his prestigious appointment as Permanent Secretary.

– Personnel Management and Civil Service Discipline Laws: Managing human resources within organizations.
– Anti-Corruption and Tort Liability Laws: Preventive measures and investigation procedures.

– Mr. Pranai Wanitchanon, Presiding Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court.
