April 5, 2023 – Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University led by Assoc. Prof. Pensri Jaroenwanich, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty; Dr. Wittika Thangchan, Assistant to the KKBS Dean for Innovation and Graduate Study and Director of the Social and Business Incubation Center; administrators, lecturers and staff of KKBS, welcomed Mr. Xaysomphet NORASINGH, Director of the Trade Promotion Section of the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Industry and Trade, People’s Democratic Republic of Laos, who came on a study trip that aimed at learning and sharing of the work of the Social and Business Incubation Center (SBIC) and to discuss the approaches for development of entrepreneurs.
The activities of the study trip included special talks on the following topics: the Overall Operations of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy of Khon Kaen University, by Assoc. Prof. Pensri Jaroenwanich, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty and Asst. Prof. Saksuriya Traiyarach, Ph.D., Assistant to the Dean for Life-long Learning and Network; the Approach for the Work of the Social and Business Incubation Center (SBIC) by Dr. Wittika Thangchan, Assistant to the KKBS Dean for Innovation and Graduate Study and Director of the Social and Business Incubation Center. Other activities included learning and sharing of experiences among the delegation and the host on development of entrepreneurs; and visits to the Research and Academic Service Center, the Faculty’s facilities including the entertainment room, studio for instruction, computer room, library, Investment Learning Center, and Smart-Classroom, by Dr. Narisara Palusuk, Vice Dean for Student Development and Organization Image. This study trip was a good chance for strengthening the relationship between the two organizations, and the experiences obtained would be used in improving the administrative strategies in the future.
